INGREDIENTS
4 ripe avocados, diced and mashed (be sure to keep a little chunkiness)
1/2 red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
Juice of 1 1/2 limes
T-Rev’s Stiff Willi Chili Pepper Sauce to taste (I probably put about 2-3 tablespoons,
but if you want it spicier…add more!)
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl, making sure you get the lime juice on all the avocados so they do not turn, and stir. Serve with tortilla chips and watch as hungry guests indulge!
