Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 medium onions, diced
• 4 TBS. yellow mustard
• 3 TSP. sugar
• 2 TSP. apple cider vinegar
• 4 TSP. Red Lion Spicy Foods Chili Powder (Zesty, Zippy, or Zany)
• 1 cup catsup

Directions:

•  Lightly brown ground beef and pour out fat.
•  Transfer to a pot and cover with just enough hot water to make a thick mixture.
•  Add remaining ingredients and stir well
•  Simmer for an hour, or until desired consistency.

Serve over hot dogs for outrageous chili dogs!!
